I find it so amazing that people are able to turn such everyday instances into a blog, and I am obsessed with reading it. Although, I will commend them, because it's extremely difficult to find the time to write everyday, just as it's hard to read everyday. But hey, it's so much fun, it's definitely worth a try.
So much going on right now. Jonah and I are so busy that it's nice to get a break sometimes. This weekend is going to be total chaos and it starts with my friends birthday on Thursday, another on Friday, a wedding party on Saturday and a baby (read: TRIPLET) shower on Sunday. Whew! I may have to take off on Monday to blog all about it. ;)
I am hoping to go ahead and have this shower on Sunday, because it's possible that my friend, TL, will have to go into the hospital the next day until she delivers... so we are keeping our fingers crossed until we know for sure.
I can't imagine the life change with children. I love to read all about it, but I can't imagine our everyday lives changing so drastically. I guess you don't really know how you will react until it's here, but sometimes I sit and think how peaceful our lives seem being able to come and go as we please. However, I guess that is one of those things that change and you never really remember how the old life used to be. I can't imagine how exciting it would be to have a little person to look forward to for 9 (or is it really 10) months. This is not a post telling you that I am pregnant, or about to be, but merely that I am coming around to the idea. Mostly because a lot of my friends are headed in that direction and I think it would be fun to have children at the same time.

This is my very first attempt at blogging, so bare with me.
Jonah and I got married on June 21, 2008 in our hometown on Mobile, AL. It's almost been a year now, it's amazing how quickly the time goes by!
Jonah owns the Dismukes Insurance, a Farmers Agency. I own Worthy Insurance, an Independent Agency. No we do not compete. In fact, we send each other referrals in order to keep the business in the family. We work in the same office. Yes, all day. No, I do not hate it. Everybody is always so fascinated by this! It's actually a lot of fun. There is the occasional arguement of course, but most of the time it's a pretty standard work enviroment.
We have three dogs. Two black labs, Jack and Charlie and a toy yorkie named Oliver. Oliver typically comes to work with us. (Since we are sharing the office with my dad... it's practically one big happy family!) Jack is the oldest dog. Jonah came with Jack they are the May birthday's in our family and Oliver and I were both born in November. Charlie, well he was born in September, and he is the largest of all three. He is right at 85llbs at 7 months if that gives you a clue. Charlie is a mess. He chews, no, he EATS everything. Jack is super well behaved and is very sweet natured. Oliver is a spaz but he will nap for about 5 hours of the working day.
I guess that pretty much sums up our family right this second. We have lots of fun and I feel like we go constantly.
I admittedly, have an addiction to Holidays. Easter baskets for Jonah and the dogs are a must, and Jonah's 31st birthday are a few things coming up right now. We are trying to get the final plans nailed down for this year. Last year, he had a big 30th birthday bash and it was pretty eventful. This year we are trying to keep it a little more low-key and relaxing. I will keep you posted.
